This conference will bring together architects, civil engineers, surveyors, representatives from international bodies and organizations, government scientific advisors, policymakers, senior experts, decision-makers, and academics to bring together professional expertise and scientific knowledge in the fields of economics, society and climate change, in the areas of environmental protection and humanity, and in promoting the digital transition in the construction industry. Trends in land and property management, heritage conservation, property valuation and taxation, sustainable and renewable energy sources, BIM (Building Information Modelling) standardization, environmentally friendly tools and disaster management tools, financing issues as well as educational and professional aspects will be presented.
For the first time, the Technical Chamber of Greece decided to organize the conference in cooperation with 4 international organizations and the presidents of the international organizations FIEC - European Federation of the Building Industry, EFCA - European Federation of Engineering and Consulting Associations, EAMC - Engineering Association of the Mediterranean Country, ACE - Council of Architects Europe, και CLGE - Council of European Surveyors will participate and make presentations. The conference will aim to initiate a long-term collaboration between European and international professional and scientific associations of engineers, to intensify the dialogue, to exchange ideas in line with current trends in construction, real estate, and digital technology, and to present the status of building information modeling in European countries.
